From the moment you contact us, our team will sweep in immediately. We can in no time evaluate your property which usually does not take longer than an hour. We can also do it at your own leisure. After all this is done, we will carry out a professional research and provide you with a written offer within 48 hours.
Acceptance
Once our offer has been accepted by you, we will then get in touch with potential solicitors and kick start the process without wasting time.
To make sure your property is sold as fast as possible, most times, we do not usually require a structural survey. We acknowledge that your understanding is paramount at this point, that’s why we make sure we work closely with you, and if possible hand to hand to make sure that you are involved with the process and that you are happy with everything that is going on.
