What we need to buy your property or sell on your behalf?

Details we need to get from all potential sellers:

  • Your name and contact details, preferably land line and mobile telephone numbers.
  • The full address and postcode of the property you want to sell.
  • Is it freehold or leasehold? If leasehold, how long is left on the lease and what are the service charges?

A full description of the property including:

  • Style of property e.g. terraced, semi, detached, bungalow or flat
  • Number of bedrooms, bathrooms and living rooms.
  • Does it have double glazing, central heating, extensions or garage?
  • Have you done any work to the property such as new kitchen, wiring etc?

  • The reason you are selling the property
  • Your estimated valuation of the property and reasons to justify your estimate.
  • The amount of the mortgage plus any arrears or redemption penalties.
  • Are there any other investors interested?
  • The particular time-scales to which you are working.
  • When would be a good time to come and view the property?

  • Within West Midlands region
  • Houses
  • Freehold
  • Tenanted or Vacant possession
